The new year is upon us and I want to make way for a few changes. In short: this blog has come to an end.
I've decided to make a fundamental shift away from software or services which rely on business models that (intentionally or unintentionally) work against user interests. We've been through a wild year in terms of privacy and civil rights issues and this year will see more of that (to say the least). There's a wealth of alternatives and options out there that are so much better and I've been testing a lot of them in the last months. Now the time has come to move.
I'll be back in some other form or way soon and will let you know.
Thank your for reading this blog, I hope it was an interesting experience for you as it was for me creating it.

Last Saturday...
...I decided on impulse not to miss out on Berghain, mainly because of the TR101 performance. It's not often that I go out for pure Techno these days but it was well worth it. There's nothing better than a raw banging 909...
